Ceramiclite is a high-tech enterprise with over 80 employees, including 20 in R&D. With a skilled team of over 19 engineers, we boast strong ODM and OEM capabilities, enabling us to design and manufacture both custom and standard products seamlessly.
Each year, we develop 10-15 new products and 25 customized solutions. Our investment in R&D reached 25 million RMB in 2024. with expectations to increase to 30 million RMB in 2025. aiming for a growth rate of 15% to 20%. We have pioneered high-performance Fluorescent Transparent Ceramic (FTC) technology, which addresses the industry's challenge of material degradation under high power density conditions.
Our products offer exceptional reliability, with less than 5% luminous decay after 100.000 hours and outstanding resistance to acid, alkali, and sulfurization.
We specialize in high-efficiency lighting fixtures for sports venues and intelligent control systems for livestock lighting, tailored to meet the unique demands of various environments.
Tennis court lighting
Tennis court lighting is a critical aspect of modern sports infrastructure, ensuring optimal visibility and safety for players and spectators during evening or low-light conditions. The design of lighting systems for tennis courts involves careful consideration of lux levels, which directly influence the performance of players and the overall experience of the event.
1. Lighting Design Objectives
The primary objective of tennis court lighting is to achieve uniform illumination across the playing surface to ensure fairness and accuracy in gameplay. According to international standards, the minimum lux level for professional outdoor tennis courts is typically set at 500 lux, with higher levels recommended for televised matches. The lighting system must also minimize glare and provide a visually comfortable environment for players and spectators.
2. Lighting System Design
To address energy consumption issues in traditional tennis court lighting, a novel LED-based lighting system was developed. This system incorporates a housing, an emission panel, a light source board, and an optimized reflecting cup assembly. The design focuses on enhancing light intensity and distribution through the optimization of composite curved optical reflecting cups. The system also incorporates intelligent control features to ensure energy efficiency and adaptability to different lighting scenarios.
3. Performance Testing and Results
The lighting system was subjected to rigorous testing using LightTools and DIALux software for optical simulation and performance evaluation. The simulation results indicated an average lux level of 750 lux, with a uniformity ratio of 0.73, meeting the requirements for professional-level lighting. Field tests revealed an average lux level of 783 lux, with a uniformity ratio of 0.87, demonstrating superior performance compared to traditional systems.
4. Glare Control and Standards Compliance
Glare, a significant factor affecting visual comfort, was carefully controlled through the optimization of light distribution and the placement of lighting fixtures. The lighting system complies with the Glare Rating standards set by theGB/T 50034—2024, ensuring GR values remain below 50 in all critical observation points. The system also aligns with the GB/T 38539—2020, ensuring compatibility with professional sports lighting requirements.
5. Energy Efficiency and Sustainability
The developed LED lighting system demonstrates significant energy savings compared to traditional systems, with a focus on reducing power consumption while maintaining high illumination levels. The system’s ability to adapt to different lighting scenarios further enhances its sustainability and versatility.
